Sammic sponsors first local basketball team

This season, Sammic continues its support for local sports, by sponsoring the first basketball team Azkoitia-Azpeitia Iraurgi SB (ISB). As a result, the first team of the club will be called Sammic ISB.

Sammic ISB, play at Adecco LEB Plata league for the fifth consecutive season. Plata Spanish Basketball League (LEB Plata) is a basketball competition organized by the Spanish Federation of Basketball. It is the category that follows the highest professional category, the LEB Oro. It was first staged by the name of LEB 2 in the 2000-2001 season.

The basket team we sponsor was officially presented last Friday. The team visited Sammic headquarters after the presentation and we profit to take them a picture. Yesterday, they played in Barcelona, their second match of the season, and they won. Congratulations!
