Sammic masterclass at BEST Arts Culinaires, in Bordeaux

Thanks to our collaboration with BEST Arts Culinaires in Bordeaux (France), and together with our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann and his team at Fleischmann's Cooking Group, on 15th February we offered a masterclass about vacuum packing and sous-vide cooking techniques in this prestigious centre. 25 students from 1st and 2nd year at  Bachelor Arts Culinaires et Entrepreneuriat (Bachelors FERRANDI) attended. 

The attendants learned about vacuum packing and sous-vide cooking techniques, their advantages and cutting-edge uses. 

 

From these lines, we would like to thank Bachelor FERRANDI educational team, specially Thomas PASQUEREAU (Cooking teacher), Sébastien TORRES and Marie MOMBERTRAND (Pastry teachers) for their confidence in our solutions and know-how.
