A while ago we explained the safest way to vacuum package liquids, but now the Sammic “Sensor Ultra” (SU) has gone one step further in this respect. Sammic's SU vacuum packing machines are equipped with a new system for detecting the evaporation of liquids and, as a result, obtain optimal results when packaging liquids.
With this system, when the user is packaging a liquid such as sauces, soups, fruit or red meat for example, and the product reaches the evaporation point, the vacuum process stops automatically. This prevents liquids from overflowing in the chamber and guarantees the maximum vacuum possible for each product. It also prevents the product from drying out and contaminating the oil in the pump.
This new system makes it possible to ensure the optimum time for vacuum packaging of liquids.
