September is drawing to an end and we’re facing a new month full of projects and events. During this month, we have three important dates where you can see and touch our equipment and new items: at San Sebastian Gastronomika from the 6th to the 9th of October, at HostMilano from the 18th to the 22nd and at Serbotel (Nantes) from the 20th to the 23rd.
San Sebastian Gastronomika, 6-9 October
From the 6th to the 9th of October a new edition of the San Sebastian Gastronomika congress will be held. In collaboration with our corporate chef, Enrique Fleischmann, we’ll be there with our own stand in the market, at the same time, as sponsors of the 1st National Pintxos, Tapas and Bars Congress, together with Enrique Fleischmann, we will be responsible for one of the 10 presentations organised on the theme of pintxos. The presentation, called: “Vacuumed pintxos. A new management system for service times”, will discuss Sammic’s latest developments regarding low temperatures and management and cooking times bag by bag, applied to the real needs of a pintxos bar.
HostMilano, 18-22 October
Secondly, this month, one of the sector’s most important international dates awaits us: the biennial HOST fair in Milan. Every two years, HostMilano, which has already reached its 41st edition, presents everything that a successful venue needs in one space: from raw materials to semi-prepared products, from machinery to equipment, from furniture to crockery. All of this, at the same time, offering a detailed perspective of future trends.
This edition will be held from the 18th to the 22nd of October and we will have a stand Pavilion 1, Stand C19 D30 with all of our products and news, as well as a preparation and sous-vide demo area with our corporate chef and his team.
Serbotel Nantes, 20-23 October
And, given that all good things come in threes, our Sammic France team will be entirely at your disposal at the Serbotel fair, in Nantes, from the 20th to the 23rd of October. Held every two years, Serbotel is one of the most important events in France for the HoReCa sector.
