Partnership with National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism

We are happy to announce that we partnered National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT) with the help of DKSH – Taiwan. NKUHT is a public university located in Siaogang District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan and it is the only public university specializing in hospitality and tourism in Taiwan.

Since June 2019, at NKUHT they are using our SmartVide in their culinary lessons to share the know-hows of cooking techniques and innovative technology in kitchen equipment.

Thanks to the professor Nicholas Pena Alvarez (watch video) the SmartVide was introduced to the students of NKUHT. They learned with Mr. Pena the benefits of using sous-vide.
