Sous-vide Japanese cuisine livestream masterclass in Vietnam

Last week our Vietnam Team organized a Japanese cooking livestream show. Initially thought to be celebrated on-site, the format changed because of coronavirus.
 
Chef Nguyen Dang Ky Cuong at the masterclass with Sammic vacuum sealerSmartVide immersion circulator and XM-12 compact hand blender among other equipment.
 
The masterclass was led by Chef Nguyen Dang Ky Cuong, known for participating at Vietnam Top Chef 2019 and owner of Japanese Restaurant Uchi Sushi. He has over 8 years' experience with Japanese Food. Chef Nguyen Dang Ky Cuong studied Diploma of Hospitality in Melbourne, Australia. With 11 years' experience in the industry, he used to take many positions in the kitchan with the ability to manage the kitchen and lead his teams to success.
 
The livestream show took place at our sub-dealer Charles Wembley's showroom. From these lines, we would like to thank Chef Nguyen Dang Ky Cuong, the team at Charles Wembley and all livestream attendants who not only made this event possible but also contributed to its success.
