Warranty management
In order to have the right to the warranty, it is necessary to fill in this card and send it immediately. We inform you that the data you provide to us will form part of a file which is the property of and for the exclusive use of SAMMIC, S.L., and that they will be kept in the strictest privacy in accordance with that provisioned in the Organic Law 15/99 of 13th December 1999 on Data Protection of a Personal Nature. You can exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation and revocation of consent for the use of your data within the terms provided in the referenced Law and other norms that expand it at the address: sales@sammic.com
Warranty Conditions
Only the return of this card to SAMMIC gives right to the warranty.
The Warranty begins on the purchase date of the guaranteed equipment This date figures on the corresponding purchase invoice and gives you the right to:
A 12 month Warranty (extendible to 18 months if the warranty card is completed and sent) for any spare part or defective component. Dispatch and return carriage are always at the cost of the client.
Before installation of the machine, read the Instruction Manual which is attached to the same. In the case of any incident within the guarantee period, DO NOT DISMANTLE ANYTHING; consult an authorised installer.
The product warranty will become invalid if any technical intervention in the same takes place by non-authorised personnel as well as for manipulating data on the invoice or registration plate.
SAMMIC, S.L. is not responsible for any breakages produced by an incorrect installation, incorrect use or negligence on the part of the user.
