In a previous post we mentioned the use of multi-juicers beyond juice preparation, this time we bring you a nice example of it: "Hake, tears and pepper".
Our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann, together with his team at Fleischmann's Cooking Group, brings us a video that shows how they obtain 100% natural edible paint out of vivid-coloured vegetables using our commercial multi-juicer LI-240.
Enrique starts liquidising vegetables and cooking this liquid, taking apart the foam. Thus, he obtains a very concentrated juice with which he can "paint" the plate in a very tasty way.
As you can see in the attached video, the result is simply SPECTACULAR.
