Hostelco 2018: Chef's Area, Sammic in action
As customary in the last editions of Hostelco, in this edition we will have a chef’s area where all of our equipment can be seen in action: slicers, vacuum packing, sous-vide cooking, the innovative SmartVideTrack system, the new compact blender... and many more.
Our corporate chef, Enrique Fleischmann, and his team from Fleischmann's Cooking Group will be at our stand which is located in pavilion 8, level 0 B-250 in order to interact with visitors and provide any necessary clarifications regarding the Sammic equipment. Also, visitors who are interested in doing so can try the Fleischmann team’s culinary creations which will be cooked in situ.
