The new edition of Hotelympia - meeting point between manufacturers, distributors and end-users of the hospitality industry in the UK - has come to an end. Sammic, along with all the other major manufacturers of hospitality machinery, has participated in this show presenting all its latest releases to the British public. With a renewed look, the chef’s area and a wide variety of products the stand no 1230 of Sammic has been a success.
The professionals who came to our booth were able to enjoy the benefits of our sous-vide solution thanks to the chef area where the chef Andrea Scarpati demonstrated to the attendees the technological potential of the SmartVides and the new range of packing machines. Scarpati prepared some delicious recipes and our customers were able to enjoy the unique textures and flavors of the food cooked with our SmartVide. Specifically, the chef prepared some octopus, chicken breast and monkfish delicious recipes for our customers delight.
The washing area had a prominent space on the stand and visitors have shown great interest in the latest developments. Mainly, it has been the X-60 and X-100C models that made the most impression. Both models have been designed to comply with the WRAS standard and offer the function of constant rinse temperature display, which makes them the ideal option for demanding users who seek high performance and maximum hygiene for their business. The renewed range of rack conveyor dishwashers has also attracted the attention of many visitors due to its large productive capacity in compact sizes that makes them a winning proposal in the market.
