Our sous-vide solution at HCJ 2020

From today to Friday, our distributor Kitazawa is exhibiting at HCJ 2020 in Tokyo. Specifically, our Japanese partner is exhibiting our sous-vide solution at stand 6-L25.

In addition to the SU-310 vacuum packing machine and our Smartvide 8 and 8 plus sous-vide cookers, our distributor is also exhibiting the exclusive Smartvide Track system that allows the cooking times of sous-vide foods to be traced bag by bag, identifying each container and controlling its cooking time. This latest innovative product is creating a lot of excitement among the public who have attended the fair.
