Ultra glasswashers and dishwashers: the best user experience
We are launching a new line of Ultra glass washers and dishwashers, designed to offer the best user experience, with advanced and customisable features. In addition to the common characteristics of Sammic’s entire warewashing range (integrated tanks, Hydroblade arms, 3-stage filters, ergonomics, low energy consumption), the new line has a series of premium features designed to improve the usability of the appliance and adapt to the needs of each user.
Ultra control panel: perfect usability and a wide range of options

These panels, which combine technical sophistication and ease of use, provide all available information at a single glance. They offer dedicated cycles that adjust the temperature and time and a quick and intuitive look at all the information, particularly the cycle progress bar, which is highly visual for users.
They also offer progressive start of the pump, or soft-start, the Wash Plus + function, an advanced menu that enables adjustment of the wash settings from the actual control panel and a wide range of options to personalise the warewashing experience according to the user’s needs.
Some of the available options include a drain pump, detergent dispenser, built-in descaler, constant high temperature rinsing, thermoacoustic insulation and the option of a steam condenser in dome models.
Ultra glasswasher
The Ultra UX-40 glass washer, with a 400 x 400 mm basket and a useful height of 300 mm, has a tank power of 1200 W, a 0.33 Hp pump and a 2.8 Kw boiler.
With composite Hydroblade arms and an deep-drawn tank, it is designed to offer the best warewashing experience with contained consumption. The 5 dedicated cycles adjust the duration and temperature to the product to be washed.
The UX-40 model has different options such as a built-in descaler, drain pump, built-in detergent dispenser, peristaltic rinse aid dispenser, thermoacoustic insulation and double-wall structure. Furthermore, its external accessories include the new double height kit, which enables the use of two wash baskets at the same time, doubling the glass washer’s capacity.
Ultra front-loading dishwasher
The Ultra front-loading dishwasher, with a 500 x 500 mm basket and a useful height of 380 mm, is available in two different models: UX-50 Lite and UX-50 Multipower.
UX-50 dishwasher with double-rack kit (optional)
They both have 6 dedicated cycles that adjust the temperature and time to the product to be washed.
The UX-50 Lite model is available in a single-phase version and has two added options available: a detergent dispenser and drain pump. It has a boiler power of 3000 W, tank resistance of 1800 W and a 1 Hp pump.
The UX-50 Multipower model is a multiphase and multipower dishwasher. This means that it can be connected both to the three-phase current (factory settings) or the single-phase current. When connected to the three-phase current, the boiler operates at 5000 W. For single-phase use, boiler power can be changed between 2000 W, 3000 W, 3800 W and 5000 W.
Furthermore, UX-50 Multipower offers a wide range of options, such as a drain pump, detergent dispenser, constant high temperature rinsing, peristaltic rinse aid dispenser, manual or automatic descaler and thermoacoustic insulation.
Just like the glass washers, both the Lite and the Multipower models allow the simultaneous use of two baskets by adding the corresponding kit.
Ultra hood-type dishwasher
The Ultra hood-type dishwasher line has two models, UX-100 and UX-120, both designed for use with a 500 x 500 mm basket, offering a useful height of 430 mm. Both models offer 6 dedicated wash cycles that adjust the temperature and time to each specific washing need.
The UX-100 model, with a 7500 W boiler, 1 Hp wash pump and 2500 W tank resistance, offers added options such as a built-in detergent dispenser and drain pump.
The higher power UX-120 model (1.3 Hp wash pump, 2500 W tank and 9000 W boiler) offers a wider range of options: in addition to a drain pump and detergent dispenser, these appliances can be equipped with constant temperature rinsing, an in-built descaler, steam condenser and thermoacoustic insulation.
